Mechanical engineer with experiences in HVAC amp Fire Fighting and plumbing systems and project management .
Responsibilities:
Offer total customer satisfaction and positive experience when dealing with Shaker Group
Contribute to a successful installation and operation of LG AC systems
Provide efficient, consistent, and cost effective projects technical and field support.
Supervising the work of contractors to ensure quality and conformity to LG specifications.
Review and evaluate offers or tenders to make recommendations on the award of contracts.
Management and delivery of HVAC projects, in accordance with contract documents and appropriate documents,
termination of financial accounts and budget profit, while developing relationships with the client. Ensure that the works
comply with contract documents including graphics and specifications.
Monitoring the progress of a projects.
Create an integrated project plan.
Archive project files for future reference and use.
Responsibilities:
Installation of complete HVAC system (Chiller system & VRF system).
Installation of complete firefighting system.
Installation of Plumbing system (domestic water, irrigation and drainage).
Request HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting materials.
Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the Mechanical Activities.
Responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be
done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Send daily progress reports to project Engineer.
Raise internal inspection request to Quality Control officer.
Weekly meetings with the Site manager to solve site issues.
Following up the contractors on specifications and schedule.
Review the new drawing.
Assist the commissioning team in pre- commission of all mechanical equipment's.
Responsibilities:
Survey the ship for all potential hazards directly affecting the health and safety of the crew.
Issuance work permits.
Look after and act on the complaints of the crew related to health and safety.
